Recently, a Russian customer delegation visited the LAWADA® shipbuilding base for on-site inspection and business negotiation. Both parties reached cooperation on a batch of customized aluminum alloy vessels.
The delegation visited the cutting workshop, welding workshop and assembly dock. They inspected the processing, forming, welding and quality inspection procedures of 5083 aluminum alloy hulls, and learned about our experience in building aluminum boats such as drift boats, patrol boats and work boats. Our technical team introduced hull material performance, structural design, power packages and navigation equipment. We answered all inquiries regarding low-temperature sea area adaptability, certification requirements and lead time.
The Russian side spoke highly of our standardized production control and customized design capacity. In accordance with local navigation environment and regulatory requirements, both parties confirmed vessel specifications, accessory list and certification standards, and agreed on construction and delivery schedules.
This order is an important milestone for LAWADA®’s development in the Russian Far East market. Moving forward, we will proceed with production strictly as agreed, arrange marine accessories and inspections properly to guarantee vessel quality. LAWADA® will keep leveraging our strengths in aluminum alloy vessel manufacturing, providing one-stop services including customized design, construction and outfitting for global clients. We will expand practical shipbuilding cooperation between China and Russia to achieve mutual benefit.
