LAWADA® is pleased to announce that our 30FT commercial passenger catamaran project at Basongcuo Lake has achieved a major milestone. All vessels have completed on-site installation, outfitting and system inspection, and entered the official sea trial phase.
Basongcuo, a famous high-altitude alpine lake, features emerald-green water and mountainous, misty surroundings. The special geographic environment puts strict requirements on vessel stability, safety and adaptability. Our 30FT commercial catamaran adopts twin-hull structure, which greatly reduces rolling and provides outstanding stability even on inland lake waters. The wide open deck and large covered passenger area allow tourists to enjoy panoramic views of the lake and snow-capped mountains.
To match the local cultural characteristics, we customized the canopy decoration with traditional Tibetan prayer flag elements, combining modern marine engineering and regional aesthetics. All onboard systems including propulsion, navigation and safety equipment have passed full functional tests during the commissioning work.
These catamarans will serve as sightseeing ferries for the scenic area after trial acceptance.
