LAWADA® 12.8-meter aluminum passenger boats: Recently, in response to customer’s personalized customization, our production team orderly completed integral welding, structural assembly, interior customization, power system matching & installation, and overall commissioning of two such vessels. The delivered 1280 passenger boats are newly customized exclusive models with multiple detailed optimizations for actual operation scenarios. Built with high-strength aluminum alloy materials, the vessels feature stable structure and excellent durability, suitable for daily passenger transportation, scenic area commuting and short-distance water transport in inland rivers and calm waters.
After the completion of vessel manufacturing, the company arranged professional technicians to conduct comprehensive factory trial tests. During the trial navigation, the staff carefully tested and fine-tuned multiple core parameters, including no-load and full-load sailing status, straight-line driving stability, steering flexibility, power output matching, acceleration and braking performance, hull balance and sailing noise. After multiple rounds of on-site water verification, the two vessels operate steadily with flexible control and stable power response. All data conform to design standards and Class A inland waterway navigation specifications, successfully passing all factory acceptance items.
After the completion of trial navigation and acceptance, the staff efficiently completed factory procedures including vessel cleaning, protective packaging and fixed loading. The two new customized vessels were shipped smoothly as scheduled. The successful trial navigation and batch delivery of the two 1280 customized passenger boats once again demonstrates LAWADA®’s standardized production, refined quality control and efficient order fulfillment capabilities.
Customized with targeted upgrades in structural details, riding comfort and power adaptability, this boat model features a neat and reasonable cabin layout, stable power output and low failure rate, which meets the needs of high-frequency and long-term daily operation.
